The final game version of Marco Giorgini’s latest, fantasy text adventure game has been released.
After more or less six months from the preview version, here we are with the full Nesterin Trail game: a disk-based C64 graphic/text adventure, with a fantasy setting, that I hope can take you back to the 80s.
In addition to the detailed text descriptions, the game also features beautifully drawn pictures to add to the atmosphere.
More than 30 different locations (Inn, School, Market etc.) to explore and you can save and load one game state from the disk.
The game’s protagonist is a member of the Garrot Guild who has arrived in Nesterin and must find Erik by gathering information. You’ll also find various useful items, but you can’t take them all with you at once, so you need to understand what you need to take with you at any given time.
In this game, you’ll have to talk to some characters and ask them for information. Some of them will be more friendly once they understand your side.
